• Your order is sent and picked up you will receive a message by email.
• We'll let you know when the shipment will leave and an estimated time of arrival (we'll try as fast as possible).

Delivery

• Obviously, you already really want to try on the garment you had a crush on, promise to hurry up to get the package out to you.
• Fast shipping for up to 3 business days - 50 ₪.
• Regular shipping for up to 10 days - 25 ₪.
• There is a possibility of self-gathering - we are in beit Eliezer Hadera.

Return Policy

• At so me we try to be as green as possible the invoices sent by email.
• Returns an item up to 14 business days from the day you received the shipment.
• Discounted item is refundable up to 7 days from the date the shipment is received.
• Possibility of exchange / return via courier to the house - 50 ₪.
• Returning an item can be co-ordinable with customer service by email noga@so-me.co.il
• WhatsApp message 052-6210175.
• Returning an item is subject to the garment not being worn (except for measurement). That the garment is complete without damage or defect and with the invoice attached.
• So me products undergo a rigorous quality check after production and before sending them to you.
• We will call you immediately upon receipt of the item for credit or refund.
• Underwear and bathing cannot be returned or changed under the Ministry of Health regulations.
• Direct cards cannot be credited and therefore direct card holders are eligible for a credit on the website only.
• No refund will be given for the credit.
